The VOGT test center

At your site or at our test centre in Burgwedel (Hanover), we provide all non-destructive testing services as well as mechanised and automated ultrasonic testing solutions. This includes automated, mechanized or manual testing, among others

The PROline Ultrasonic Inspection System Product Line
In 2009 we launched the PROlineUSB ultrasonic unit, our first own ultrasonic inspection system product line: PROline inspection solutions. Today, ultrasonic inspection systems from Burgwedel are in use worldwide, practically everywhere where the automotive industry manufactures. With an increasing number of customers, the PROline product range has grown from small laboratory testing systems to large, networked inline industry 4.0 ready testing systems, which have been continuously expanded and further developed over the years. The test systems are characterized by extremely user-friendly operation and flexible application possibilities. Today, PROline is used across industries for cost-conscious component testing in the aerospace, automotive and metalworking industries.

The PHAsis Phased Array Weld Spot Inspection System Product Line
In 2016, we developed PHAsis, a spot weld inspection system product line, specially developed for the high demands of the automotive industry. PHAsis is the first phased array spot weld inspection device (PAUT) with a physical resolution of the welding lens diameter more accurate than 0.35 mm. It is ideally suited for testing 2- and 3-sheet connections with a single sheet thickness of 0.7 – 5 mm. PHAsis® has been optimized for time-saving use in production.
